Welcome to Hairumi ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Hairumi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain regions) to use the App. By using Hairumi, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You agree not to upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
- You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or defamatory content.
2. User Content & AI Generation
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant Hairumi a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating hairstyle transformations and providing the service to you.
- AI Nature: AI results are generated algorithmically and are provided for simulation and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee real-life hair treatment identicalness.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Billing: Subscriptions and credits are managed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TipAI Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.
